This chakra activates and communicates, empowers the solar plexus and the whole system, meaning the whole body. It is the source of energy. Asia, represented mostly by Japan, China and Tibet, are the centers of the spiritual discipline, of will and wisdom warriors. This center is a powerful energy transformer and vitality spreader to the world.

The power increases when masculine and feminine aspects are combined, the luminous personality and the shadow, the strength and the vulnerability. Will is our vital energy conscious directed to an end. Work on this chakra involves considering life as a product of our will. And to work with it we can call to the Spiritual Warrior that radiates the feeling of being prepared to fight bravely, without abusing of power and honorably.

An energy deficit in the 3rd chakra causes hypoglycemia, poor digestion or poor food absorption. Obesity is also associated with this chakra, chronic fatigue as a result of an addiction or a disease. Shyness; submissive attitude towards life; digestive disorders; fear to assume the own power or control and to defend the own convictions; the addiction to caffeine, sugar, amphetamines or cocaine result from a fundamental weakness in the sense of own power and vitality.

The typical image of Buddha is a reflection of the importance of Plexus in Asian culture. Medicines and the doctrine of health and nutrition are the foundation that gives us this humanity chakra in recognition of its energy.
Excess energy produces ulcers or diabetes, addiction to sedative substances such as alcohol, tranquilizers or opiates, driven by the desire to appease a hyperactive nervous system; a consequence of the energy excess in this chakra originates an excessive abdominal belly. It also creates desire for control, to dominate others or appear superior. Precipitation, uncontrollable and frequent anger, stomach ulcers.

Low self-esteem and hidden sense of shame are due to both an excess and a defect in the navel chakra. All these descriptions have shown how in the peak of the Asian cultures all have been through too much emotional energy covered by the energy of this center of power.

And we know that everything in defect or excess is bad, and we must seek and find a balance in
everything..
